Hello Nira and all that follow,
It is good to know that I'm not the only one that couldn't get here.  I have had a white screen for the past week when I would attempt to log on.   I was hoping that all was well and now that I am here, I have read that I have missed a lot. Everyone one is so darn busy getting ready for spring.  I will be sending out an order for perennials this week in hopes that they will arrive by the middle of May.  Any sooner and they will freeze on route.
It was great to read that George is finally able to see Dan toiling away in his yard.  It seems strange that there is no snow in Yarmouth, but then some Canadians relish the fact that they get a bit of rain in lieu of the white stuff.  Dan and Deb's yard looks to be coming along just fine and all that hard work is paying off. But wait until spring when all that brush starts to sprout again from the roots with renewed vigor.  I hope they have a plan for controlling it.  Cutting, clearing, and burning is a good thingto do with the stuff in the short term but I wonder what they plan to do with the rest.  It is a lot of back breaking work to dig out all those roots.
Hopefully when I get back here, this site will open again.  Everyone has an awesome Family Day!!
Dennis
