smiley: roll Remember when we were young.... how we couldn't wait to be grown up?  scared What were we thinking... stupid or what? lol

Pardon my senility or forgetfulness or mental lapse... where is that password. I purge the cookies, etc  and had to log into all my previous site. confused Today I must have experienced a flashback since I was able ot log in. flirt

Work has been part-time so a lot of time has gone into general projects about the farmstead. dance The greenhouse now has five trays and some labor gone into making storage shelving (backing board so nothing punctures the plastic). We are feet from the brook on the south of the house. The chainsaw return from the doctor will see more clearing next to the road; it started but refused to run. censored I described the symptoms to the doctor (repair shop technician) as either diarrhea or bloody stool... oil and blue smoke from the muffler. smiley: laugh Took it in this morning and eagerly awaiting the call of release from surgery/ICU. Picked up a third brush cutting blade for the whipper snipper so made a dash out after supper as the temperature dropped to try it out. It cuts very nicely.

The tomatoes and peppers were seeded yesterday. rolleyes I checked three times today for signs of life. smiley: laugh The next seed start is on 5 April for cukes, leeks, lettuce and spinach. Three more dates will follow in April. I'll see if we can schedule the spring tilling of the covercrop in the third week of April to allow time for assimulation of the residue before planting and transplanting to start on 01 May (our last frost date). The weather would almost induce early planting if there was not the snow forecast over the next three days. What a strange winter/spring.

George, we'll have to compare crop results. lol You could never match my results without Chernobyl influences. smiley: roll
