Good morning everyone. A sunny, blue-sky type of day here in upstate New York.

I have not been feeling well at all. I returned to the doctor's yesterday afternoon. I think she is beginning to think what I've been thinking since the pain started that it is not my kidneys. I do have a uti so was put on a different antibiotic since the first one was not working. But the pain I'm having is lower than my kidneys. The plan now is for me to continue to take the meds until Monday when the results from a culture she was having done will be back to her. If I'm still not feeling better by Monday she will order a CT scan. If that doesn't show anything then I'll have a colonoscopy. I just wish I would feel better. I have so much I could be doing, but just don't feel like doing anything.

I had plans to fly to Florida next Wednesday, but I think I'll have to postpone the flight until I can get my health problem resolved. I'm bummed about that too. I was hoping to help Jamie move back to Atlanta. Her internship at Gulf World is ending, again without a job offer. She's decided to stop doing internships as it's just too much money to spend moving every 3 or 4 months, and it's becoming ridiculous for her to have to do these jobs without pay. So the plan is for her to find a job in Atlanta and volunteer at the Georgia Aquarium. That way she can continue to work in the field, but have some money coming in also. She made a lot of friends in Atlanta too, and this time will have a roommate. We're discussing an action plan too with the hopes that it will help her obtain gainful employment.

Pam, I'm with Kathy in that I won't be starting seeds indoors this year. I find that I can buy healthy plants at the Farmers Market. The variety is fairly good and I'm OK with what is usually offered by the growers at the market. Everything at the Farmer's Market is organic too, so that follows my way of doing things.

Usually I try to do housework on Fridays, but today I think I'll just write more of my book on the Porters of Knox County, Ohio. I also have to work on getting stuff ready for the accountant so she can do the taxes. It's almost as hard doing that as it is doing the taxes! *sigh*

Wingers, hope you have a great time with your son!

Waving "hi" to everyone!
