I only had slightly over 6000 steps when I got home from work.  I know why.  I spent half my day, if not more, in meetings.  I won't bore you with the details. 

Okay, this calls for some running.  Scored 1.5 miles in free run.  Good for the day on miles.  Oh, but not on time.  I still have 10 minutes to do. 

I got personal best on table top advanced.  I stunk at tightrope.  Note to self:  do the balance exercises first to loosen up before you run!  I think my right ankle is sticking or something... sort of hard to explain how it feels.  I do hope I don't come up lame tomorrow.. and have to explain how that happened.  LOL.

It feels better now so I am off to play with the penguin, cycle around the island, chase a gopher across a beach, and attempt to further my co-ordination with the ball tilt game.... I just need 10 minutes more!
