I didn't owe my fitness challenge a single thing this evening... 10,000 steps... and I was tired!

On the other hand I might be addicted to Wii Fit...not a bad thing to be addicted to.  Perhaps I am just afraid of what might happen if I don't keep it up.  Muscles tightening up?  Hurts so bad I give it up?  No personal bests this evening.  But I gave it a run for the money!  Without running except in obstacle course but that is not the same as running in place.... just for running.
