I think I overdid yesterday. I know I did.  I ache today. Fortunately I got a bit ahead of myself.  So can go a bit easier tonight.  Guess I should have given up when my thighs felt like jello, huh? 
There also seems to be something wrong with my pedometer.  I made 3 trips to the production line in another building, to the cafeteria twice for breakfast and then lunch.  My count step seemed rather low.  You get what you pay for.... $3.  It must be at least 5 steps across my kitchen to the basement door, 15 steps down the stairs, a few steps to the Wii, do some Wii, back up again.  That can't be just 12 steps total!  Could it be I am walking so gingerly today I am not "rocking" the pedometer?  Laughing.  Might be. 

I need only 300 more steps and 20 minutes of Wii to meet my goal today.  I will try to be a bit more energetic in my walking!  For 300 more steps I think I can manage that!
