Good evening!
George I hope you enjoyed your holiday.  Logan, sounds like you needed to go back to work to rest up.  I can understand why you didn't want to take two days in a week.  Pam you seem to be getting lots of rain.  Good for you!  We have another shot at some more rain
tomorrow and wednesday I think.

I am happy to report we did get two garden plots at work with our two teams of two people each.  There is a meeting on thursday at lunchtime to discuss the next steps.  My sister offered me some plants this evening.  I gave her the seeds to grow for my niece's school and she had good luck and has more than they will need.

This is indeed a nasty year for ticks.  I got my second bite for the season despite my precautions.  Deer ticks are so small especially this time of year.  This time I did get a bullseye.  smiley: eyes  I appreciate my primary care just sent in a script without making me come in for office visit.  I found it interesting that the new protocol is 2X100mg Doxycyclin day #1 and that is it, instead of 3 weeks.  If it does the trick, I am much happier as the 3 weeks was tough.

The rhodedendron at work is in full bloom and gorgeous.  My Rhodies are a bit further behind.

Hope everyone has gotten their week off to a good start!
