Okay friends, I got a little lazy.  I kept up until last night when 10 minutes of Wii Fit seemed good enough.  I am back on track this evening.... got my 30 minutes in.  Ten of it doing stepping.  I think the stepping is very good for you and most definitely aerobic..... gets 4 out of 4 stars. 

I must say, I just love the penguin who jumps up and down no matter how horrible I do!  My latest challenge is to get to the end of table top WII plus advanced... only have done it once!
