I'm getting you all's rain, well hopefully soon, as it showed a big green blob to the west of us.  It's been building all afternoon with big fluffy ominous looking clouds and the temps have been on this side of oppressive.  We'll probably rock and roll a little later.   I did manage to get part of the garden paths relaid with a bit better quality landscape fabric.  This one is recycled plastic material, rather than the "fabric" stuff I used.  They must have done a diffferent manufacturing method because the stuff I used to go over what I laid out 2 and 3 years ago, disintegrated in about two weeks.  Really bummed me out, cause I laid that stuff down when I was having some major tummyy issues and had difficulty in bending over for any period of time.  Ticked me off big time, but I think I'm back on track now with a different brand.  Those Japanese Beetles are now forwarned and had better stay away because I am now loaded for bear!  Grrrrrrrr!!!  Sometimes it is a good thing to have a good mad on.  I get so much more accomplished.

Pam, my stevia is doing pretty good at the moment!  I still have to pinch myself that it made it through the winter months!  I had though my lemon grass had survived, too, but unfortunately it has lost the battle.  T he two little slivers of green are now gone.  I guess I'll have to check with either Sandra or the Herb Guy from the beach in a couple of weeks.

I have all my maters planted that I am going to plant .  I put out three Better Boys, 1  Defender, 3 Bush. 4 Romas and one that I lost the label on that may have been the Celebrity hybrid.  Next year I am getting my act together and do  seedlings from Scratch.  I've also got Peperoncini Pepppers, Pimento Peppers, Summer Squash and Eggplants scattered about.  The red onions look really healthy, but the garlic looks really iffy.  Those bulbs were a little bit used looking when I popped them in the ground.

Logan, I hope  the rain gods are gentle with us.  We got a ton of rain with the last storm and need a bit of a breather!
