Ingredients:
Fresh pizza dough
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella , cheddar and or other preferred cheese
Onions, peppers, mushrooms and or other preferred veggies
Pepperoni, ground italian sausage, hamburger, ham, and or other preferred meats
Garlic, basil, and or preferred seasonings
Roll out pizza dough in a circle as if making pizza. Fill one half with sauce, cheese, veggies, meats (pre-cook ground sausage or hamburger). Pull the other
half of dough over to form half moon and seal. Bake at 350F until golden brown.
A variation is to leave out the tomato sauce and have it on hand for dipping or pour over the finished calzone.
