Hi, I just get one word right? I don't wish to bore people with my Wii fitness efforts and now my fitness challenge fundraiser. But for those who are interested.....
I just got a personal best in table top advanced (you twist and bend and lean to move the balls off the various table configurations through the holes.. sort of like human billiards.
I also got a personal best in tight rope walking (beginners)... perhaps I should see how scary advanced is. I think my first 100 tries I fell off the tightrope especially as you have to have perfect balance when the chomper comes at you. If you are wondering what a chomper is.... it is like this little machine that chomps as it comes at you. I don't have a lot of experience watching professional tightrope walkers, but do not think they have chomper things coming at them! But this is all video imaginary exercise.... well the exercise is not imaginary, very real, just ask my aching but stronger muscles!
I have 10 minutes in.... and gained 21 steps for 10 minutes. The pedometer does not recognize Wii Fit Plus activity very well. So now I am up to 9046 steps for today.
I still have at least 20 minutes to do. I bought the new mats so I won't have to run on concrete. I can't imagine myself running in public... people might laugh. LOL. I did not get as many steps at Lowes as I would have if I had to find them myself. They weren't too busy in the paint department so I asked for a clue and the nice young man walked me there instead of indicating an aisle. He walked much faster than I do. I had a long day... over 9000 steps of long day. And he had asked what I was trying to do, why was I buying them? To run in place on concrete. Oh, yes he knew just what I wanted. He made a joke. Told me he hoped I knew I wouldn't get anywhere running in place. I laughed to be polite. He is wrong you know... I can get exercise and 10000 steps.
Okay, back to the balance board and then .....the mats!
