Logan, it sounds like you got quite a bit done yesterday! What color are your bleeding hearts? I've been tempted with the white ones, but I have to admit that the pink/red has my heart strings! I can empathize with being a zombie. This morning I am dragging my fanny from yesterday's activities. I did get four container's spiffid up with some pretty plants, but what as stretched my muscles to the nth degree was lugging the sprayeer around the yard to spray along the foundation and I still have the perimeter of the fence to do. That yard is over an acre and lugging that container is the pits after a while. Hopefully, I finish up today at some point. Tomorrow I go over to Mr. Gregory's and will help him set up his tomato bed. I got him some Amelia's and a Defender. That should keep him in tomatoes in a few!
Pam, I hope you have a chance to dry out. We were nice and sunny yesterday, except it was a little chilly in the first little while in the morning. A bit chilly, but by noon it was no longer sweater weather and the rest of the day was pretty nice. Had a chance for the big garden to dry out a bit, but the raised beds were ready to go, so I prepped the big bed and ripped out the parsley since I am done with it and it is bolting. I have more than enough dried and frozen for the next few months.
Nira, I hope you are having fun in NYC! Did you drive???? Yikes! I can't imagine the traffic! Although, I guess it would depend on where Nick hangs his hat! lol
Today is Tuesday, and here in NC, that means Poll Day I'll be glad when this mess is over! Ron has started out early today and is getting the car inspected this morning so I have a few moments to call my own. We'll go figure out what, or where, we are supposed to go, by ear. They redistricted this area and I missed in the paper if we are the same or changed. They did a weird crazy job and split this county... stupid. Oh.... if only I were king!
